2. How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
3. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Use it to track your delivery on the courier’s website, such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Parcelforce or DHL. You can also track your order through the Track Your Order page on our website.

4. What should I do if I need to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return process instead.
5. Do you offer returns?

6. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
7. Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
At this time, we deliver only within the United Kingdom.
8. Are there any additional fees at checkout?

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK taxes. Standard shipping is free within the United Kingdom. The total amount shown at checkout is the final price you will pay.
